Fitness Apps

So, i am back with another blog. In this blog i will be mentioning the fitness applications i use to keep a check on my diet and workout schedule. I have downloaded these applications from PLAY STORE. These applications really helped me a lot. And the best part about these applications are that they are easy to use and are affordable.

HealthifyMe Weight Loss Coach - This is by far the best application i have ever used. This App gives you access to largest Calorie Counter. Working of HealthifyMe is better among other apps. In this you can set your goals weather to loose weight , gain weight or to get fit. To get fit keeping an eye on the macros is a must. So, this helps you in counting what you ate in a whole day. It counts the calories intake basically. This provides you the databases of all the items. All you have to do is just click on the food you ate for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. And it will give you the whole idea of calories you had in the prior day.

Nike+Run Club - This is the another application i use to count the miles i run per day. This application is very helpful and is a motivational tool. This is the best running application. This application  has some really nice features and it allows you to keep an eye on the calories you burn. 

FitBit - This application helps people to lead healthier, more active lives. This is the best application that tells you about the no. of hours you slept. As this counts the no. of steps you walked per day, miles you runned per day according to your target. These physical exercises helps you to take sound sleep. This helps you to achieve your goals.

My Weight Loss Journey

Hey, i am back with the blog. In this blog i will share with you a bit more of my story and how i have succeeded in loosing over  25 Kgs. I started my weight loss journey back then in October 2015. 
Earlier,I was a fat kid, so i was bullied and made fun of always. And this was the daily ritual. When i use to come back home, i use to hide myself from my family and all i use to do was cry. I was not comfortable with my body. I use to think i was dumb in front of my skinny friends. Though, being fat is not a shame but i use to feel uncomfortable. So, i gained some courage to start workingout.I got my membership in TenX Gym. And i must say Gym is a blessing to me. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I always thank my dad for letting me do something for my body. I at times felt embarrassed in front of the people and deep inside i knew they are secretly making fun of my weight. But i didn't gave up. I kept on pushing myself and as soon as i got result it became my obsession.

I had many ups and downs during my weight loss journey. I use to regain weight during exams. Whenever i feel stressed about my exams i ate a hell lot of things just to change my mood and as a result i gained weight again. And at times i was like I am just too tired of it. It's too boring to go without food. And at times i am like i have to reduce it. I ain't happy with it etc.
So, i made weight loss as my priority. 
Here are some of the things i followed -
1. I exercised 6days a week.
2. Never skipped meals. Ate around 6 meals a day.
3. I used to intense cardio sessions.
4. Did weight training too. 
5. Drank liter's of water.
6. Had proper diet intake. 

#I know i am not that fit today, but i know what i was and what i am today.I still have a long way to go but my hard work literally paid off. So, People just don't wait for the CHANGE to happen, instead work for it.
